Great doctor!

It was a great experience while at the office. Beforehand, however, it took several phone calls, including looping in an Aetna agent, to get Northwell to understand that my insurance did not require a referral. But I was at least glad they were thorough (even though they were wrong).

Dr Sugarman is excellent. he listens. He takes his time. I didn’t feel like i was rushed out or disregarded. I highly recommend him. Wish I’d found him sooner!
